Privacy Policy
How TIANSHU ENERGY GROUP CO., LIMITED handles business-enquiry and website data.
Effective 11 September 2026. This policy applies to information submitted through the MOTTA Lubricants international website or sent directly to our export team.
Information we collect
We collect what you type into an enquiry form: your name, company, business email, country or region, and — depending on the form — product interest, application, destination, quantity, packaging requirement, the safety data sheet language you need, and the content of your message. We do not ask for and do not want payment details, identity documents or any special category of personal data.
Cookies and site data
This site uses Google Analytics. It counts visits, shows which pages are read and which advertisements lead to a genuine business enquiry, and records when a contact link is used (the form, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, phone or email). It sets Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and loads a script from Google. IP addresses are anonymised. There is no session recording and no data broker; we do not sell your data and we do not build a profile of you.
Your choice. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, nothing is stored until you accept — the tags start denied and stay denied if you decline. Elsewhere they run by default, and you can still decline. Your choice is kept for a year in your own browser (localStorage, motta_consent).
Two other items are stored for the current tab only, in sessionStorage, because they are not tracking: motta-geo-country, your country code as Cloudflare reports it, so the site can show the chat app people in your country use; and motta_ref, which holds an advertisement's short code if you arrived from one, so a WhatsApp message you choose to send carries a note of where you came from. Neither identifies you, neither is shared, and your browser discards both when you close the tab.
Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domain, so reading the site contacts no third party other than Google, and in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland only once you have consented.
Who processes it, and where
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which serves the pages from data centres worldwide and holds the enquiry database. Enquiry notifications are delivered to us through Formspree, a form-forwarding service in the United States. Both receive the enquiry content described above. Google (Google Analytics) receives visit and click data, not the content of your enquiry. Where you are in a jurisdiction that restricts international transfers, submitting an enquiry involves a transfer outside that jurisdiction. Links to email, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE or Facebook are ordinary links; those services see you only if you follow them.
How we use it
To read and answer your enquiry, send the product or safety documents you asked for, prepare quotations, run OEM or private-label projects, keep continuity if you contact us again, and protect the site from abuse. New enquiries are assigned between our two export managers; a returning contact stays with the same manager where possible. We do not sell personal information and we do not send marketing to people who did not ask for it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months after our last contact with you. They are kept longer only where an active business relationship continues, or where a legal, tax or accounting obligation requires it. After that they are deleted.
Your choices
Subject to applicable law you may ask what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to simon@mottalube.com or jed@mottalube.com and we will answer within 30 days. You do not need an account or a form to ask.
