OPG460
MOTTA OPG460 is a semi-fluid open-gear lubricant combining extreme-pressure additives with finely dispersed graphite. Developed for large, heavily loaded gears operating at low to medium speeds, it forms an adherent lubricating film on exposed tooth surfaces and protects the contact zone against wear and scuffing.
Its tenacious adhesion resists fling-off, keeping lubricant on the working tooth flanks under demanding service. Pumpable through conventional transfer equipment into suitable spray systems, OPG460 combines effective surface coverage with practical application for cement, mining, steel and paper machinery. The formulation contains no added lead, nitrites or solvents.
