Meet the teamWhat is the minimum order?
Mixed-container programmes are available. The first-order quantity depends on the products, packaging and artwork; confirm it with your quotation.
Can I evaluate a sample?
Retail-pack samples are free, with freight paid by the buyer. Larger or made-to-order samples are quoted separately, and the charge is credited to your first order.
How is the delivery schedule agreed?
The published production reference is 15–25 working days from order and payment confirmation. Artwork and packaging preparation may add time; your quotation confirms the complete schedule.
Which documents can I review?
TDS is available before enquiry. SDS availability is confirmed by product and destination with quotation. The batch COA accompanies the actual production order.
How are label claims checked?
API, ACEA and named OEM specifications are performance references. Any formal licence or approval claim needs its own current supporting document before use on your label.
